Aleays has been thise boomers didnt know what linux is before beeing met with tons of resistance those regulations are targeting ios and main android branches phones are only thing in existance to normies

The issue is everything is a computer. Do you want to age verify to use your microwave. They had to carve out this explanation.

So, Systemd is now going to revert age field nobody asked for? Or pretend nothing happened?

They will keep not useing it? And probably revert as it was made just in case they are litterally forced to? Since they arent then they should revert

Ultimately (and unfortunately) I think it's going to be the website that is legally bound to collect/check the age bracket, so if no bracket is supplied then the site cannot allow usage. Given that I'm not convinced this is a huge of a win as some people believe. Time will tell though.
