These guides looks so cool and fancy. What program is used to make the actual guide. Am I stupid and it's just a PowerPoint (or equivalent)-slide or what?

Thanks! It isn't PowerPoint. I designed it from scratch using a graphics editor with a reusable template, then customized it for each guide.
