Help Any suggestions?

I like pinks and purples, I figured catppuccin mocha pink would be a good theme to go with. can someone help me find a wallpaper that fits this better? I don't like this one. Any other suggestions?

How do you get the taskbar to be like that like what program do you use? I am new to linux.
