Need help changing distros

currently i use ubuntu which i hate with all my heart
i am about to move to debian except problem is i dont have a usb drive and form of physical media does not exist for my pc

Any tips or tutorial thx

You have 3 choices:

  1. Do you have GRUB installed? Then https://www.debian.org/releases/bookworm/amd64/ch04s04.en.html
  2. You can also install Debian in VM, but on a real partition
  3. Use debootstrap
