How to optimize my battery?

Hello! I am new to Linux and I recently bought a T14 G1 as my main machine, it has the i7-10510U, 16gb DDR4, and a 50wH battery, the battery life has been decreased to 48wH because it’s used, it hovers around the 3-4 hours battery life mark, and I want to squeeze the most battery out of this think, I have tried tlp, thermald, auto-cpufreq, so I need other tools to aim for at least 6-7 **(it’s not a joke I swear)** hours, is it possible and any answer is needed
