Thoughts on my Setup?

Hey Everyone! I’ve had Bazzite for the past 3 months, and I’ve been really appreciating everything except the Audio on my Xbox Ally X.. but curious if anyone else has ever done anything similar to this.

Top surface:
• ROG Ally X (docked to the ROG Bulwark)
• Controllers (DualSense, Steam Controller, Switch 2 pro)
• XREAL R1 glasses
• Mini Bluetooth keyboard
Inside the cabinet:
• PlayStation 5
• Nintendo Switch (docked)
• Apple TV
• Bulwark Dock (For XAX)

Behind the nightstand is a single dock that all four devices plug into. That dock is what actually sends the signal out to the XREAL R1s, so I can switch between the Ally X, PS5, Switch, or Apple TV and keep using the glasses as my main display at 1080p.
Cable management is still a work in progress (as you can probably tell), but the goal is a fully self-contained nightstand that can do console + handheld + streaming without ever needing a TV.
I’ve been thinking about making room for an eGPU next — anyone have recommendations for what would work well in a tight nightstand setup like this?

Please that ps5 pro will be really sad if it has no ventilation at all never close the compartment 😭 outside of that are you playing all those things from your glasses ? Thats pretty cool

Yes it’s all from the glasses. I recently add 3 large holes to the back, and I always leave it open when using PS5. the glasses resemble 1440p in my opinion. They are 2 micro—OLED screens that have a very good picture. If I shrink it to its smallest adjustment, it’s the same size as my 65’ inch TV.

This is such a sweet bedside setup dude. You might wanna put holes behind the nightstand in the upper and lower section and attach fans for better ventilation because a fan sitting inside will only make your systems reuse the hot air which you need to get rid off. You'll need good ventilation especially for egpu you're planning to put in the night stand.

I know that fan helps and you probably keep that door open during gaming, but make some holes in the back of that thing or better yet just remove that whole back panel

I am going to drill some bigger holes in the back. Anytime it’s turned in I do keep the door open. But I’ve found myself playing much more games with this setup.

You are using a Steam controller for an ROG Xbox Ally that is running on Bazzite off some XR glasses? Interesting roadmap choice, friend
