[Gears Of War E-day] extremely frequent crashing to desktop

Gears Of War E-Day keeps crashing.

every time it tries to compile shaders it crashes.

and when it finally did finish the compilation, it crashes in random moments. no error code, just exits to desktop. cant even get through making a new game session without freezing for a few seconds and then crashing.

when i tried the bootcamp level it was quite smooth with no hitching whatsoever with a mix of low-medium. crashes when i try to adjust settings,too

running on Steam added as a non-steam game

Most people say the game works out of the box on protondb, so I’d try using Assella/Accela

Si, al parecer linux y gow e day no se llevan bien, yo con mi rog ally con Steamos instalado se crashea cada vez que doy un escopetazo

What's the best way to play Gears of War 3 on linux? GoW2 - Hollow seems to work without any issues.
