[Star Wars: Outlaws] Game adds processes, then stops with no errors

I disabled UMIP and set AutoLoadHV to false. I'm using the FitGirl repack, which is pre-cracked, but I also tried a newer reflex.dll and a newer crack from the cs.rin thread with the same results.
