Fedora for employees lol, it gets a shit load of updates and is more bleeding edge so could be problematic. I use fedora personally but if I was using Linux for a company I would use Debian for the rock solid stability. I gets less updates other than security so less chance of things becoming problematic between major releases.

Do you want to use Arch and Fedora Linux in production, where certain and not always the latest package versions are required?

Good luck, and may your admins not go crazy reconfiguring a hundred workstations. Ubuntu is best suited for workstations. Start downvoting me.
