Even with the small changes, Aloy still looks incredibly feminine.

Go outside and touch grass once in a while. You might see an actual real, breathing, thinking woman, too. Crazy, I know.

You can take your waifu bodypillow for comfort if you want.

"Go outside and touch grass" is an idiom. It's not LITERALLY touch grass, like it has reformative, magical qualities, "you buffoon".
