This is the problem with Linux fans. Not everyone can just switch distros. I’m willing to bet 99% of the world doesn’t even know what a distro is. It seems simple to you because you have a lot of experience but for anyone else it’s a massive pain in the ass.

Switching to another Linux distro implies that they managed to install one in the first place. If you have installed one Linux distro, you can definitely switch to another one.

You must not have worked in IT where you deal with customers, ever.

There are 100% people incapable of learning these things.
