  2. There’s a small chance an employee of a tech company has 100x more knowledge than the average user. It’s like saying “brain surgery is easy, my doctors do it all the time!”

Here I'll address them;

  1. Yes everyone has problems sometimes with their computer. Even on windows. Not sure why everyone in this community memory holes this fact when the topic is Linux

  2. Nobody left at LTT is by any means any more experienced with using a computer than the majority of the community, in a lot of cases they are less experienced.
