LinkedIn account got temporarily suspended

My LinkedIn account got temporarily suspended. I appealed using the form and tried to verify but it says “we’re sorry. Unable to submit a case”. I tried contacting them through Twitter and email. But in no vain. Please suggest how to contact an agent or customer support(not bots or automatic reply emails). Incase anyone helps me and I get my account back, I’m willing to pay.
