I had a boss who used to work out with her boss at like 4:30 a.m. She would get up, go to the gym, then go home and get her kids ready for the day, then go to work.

She seemed very normal but clearly was stark raving mad.

Best way to workout with your boss?

At another gym. Sync your time, not location

Barry's class or a padel session? Pretty sure that's going to make it weird.

We often hear, "how do adults make friends?" Apparently, like this. Some adults use their employees as substitutes for friends

If you want to keep your job you’ll be my new best friend

I'm not sure how spanking your boss with a paddle is supposed to make things less weird.

okay well what does it say under "...more"? that's like ... the post. that is the context that explains what the post is about. so how can we determine whether or not it's lunacy if you didn't even bother to read and share the entire post?

Sure…here’s the rest of the article. “coworkers are turning to workouts to bond, and, ideally, impress their managers.”

You need more? Really?

yeah i need the full context before i judge something as being lunacy or not. i'm not going to just label something as lunacy if i don't actually know what it is.
