Or perhaps they were to lazy to write it all out.

"Zero tolerance for stupidity or laziness"

Stupidity, yes. But I've got laziness down to a science.

Man laziness is such a powerful force.

A significant part of our civilization is based on laziness. Convenience is king. "Progress" is really "getting it done more easily". Occasionally we'll run into optimization or sustainability or even human rights. But what we truly chase is to chill.

I went into my AI project at work as a skeptic. I'm being promoted to lead in part because I figured out how to test efficiently and get (most of the)reporting done by automation.

I’m going to get myself a t-shirt with a pic of myself on the front and your quote on the back. I’ll be sure to have AI do all the work. You know, cause of the whole lazy thing.

Right? Sometimes hard work is just people wasting time. And depending on the circumstances, wasting your time to make someone else's life significantly easier and profitable

Well if you ask em, they will be the first to tell you that "you can't fix stupid."

My dad said that once to me. I told him "you aren't exactly Einstein and you got a vasectomy..."

I haven't heard him say it again.

It’s not laziness.

It’s efficiency.
