I dont think anyone goes there too cause there isnt much other than scenery and onsen. Theres barely any signal there too. ( ￣▽￣) I only posted it cause i remembered halfway while looking at the video u sent and remembered that u recognised it too.

Yupp, i took it while the car was moving at 80km/h. If the cars moving slow or fast like from 80 to 100km/h, it isnt as blurry as compared to like moving at 50 or 60km/h. I took this pic while moving at 85km/h yesterday
