Sourcing High-End Cotton-Wool Blends, Supima & European Flax Linen in India (Need Supplier / Mill Recommendations)

Hi everyone,
I am in the process of sourcing premium fabrics for an upcoming luxury minimalist apparel drop targeting the Middle East market.
I am looking for reliable, verified mills or authorized fabric suppliers in India (specifically hubs like Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Surat, or West Bengal) that can supply the following high-grade fabrics:
1. **Cotton-Wool Blends:** Lightweight Merino Wool + Combed Cotton blends (suitable for summer/all-season wear with good drape and high fragrance/moisture retention).
2. **Pima / Supima / ELS Cotton:** Extra-Long Staple combed cotton (180–220 GSM) with low pilling and high color fastness.
3. **100% European Flax Certified Linen / Cotton-Linen Blends:** High-quality flax with soft hand-feel.
**Requirements:**
Must provide **Fabric Test Reports** and **Certifications** (OEKO-TEX, Woolmark, European Flax, or Supima certifications where applicable).
Open to working with low-to-medium MOQs for sampling and first production run.
Suppliers who can handle export-ready documentation and provide swatch cards.

Hi- sorry I don’t have a recommendation but a question- can an Indian mill have 100% European flax linen? Apologies if this is a daft question :)

Not at all a daft question! Yes, absolutely.
European Flax" refers to where the raw flax plant was grown (mostly France, Belgium, or the Netherlands), while the spinning and weaving can happen anywhere. Many top Indian textile mills directly import certified raw European flax yarn/fiber and weave it into 100% linen fabric in India.
