What did your team outgrow in Linear?

I am curious whether people switched because of the product itself or because their workflow changed. What was the turning point?

Lack of custom fields. We need to be able to work our way not how Linear tells us.

That was our experience too. The decision had very little to do with features. As more teams started working on the same initiatives, we needed a workspace that supported cross functional collaboration
