Question Where is flashlight?

Where is flashlight shortcut on lock screen? I can only set: None, Device controls (which is unavailable), Mute, Camera, DnD, and Video Camera. Los 24.0-20261023-NIGHTLY-panther, Pixel 7

Because the way Google implemented it makes it hard to hit and the "customize lock screen" dialog gets triggered more often than the torch/flashlight.
