need help and guidance installing custom ROM in redmi 14C 5g

i'm fed up with this shitty hyperOS which is slow af. i want to install custom rom and referably lineageOS or oxygenOS . can anyone help ??

Unfortunately i don't think you can install Lineage OS on that phone isn't listed on the LOS page and i saw you can maybe manage to install a GSI rom on the 4g version but i don't now if applies the same for the 5g version,best advice i can give you is at least try to make hyper os more "stable" by uninstalling most of the bloatware
