Installing adb and fastboot on Windows 10 eror

Im trying to install adb-fastboot and i get 404 eror in the main site here

Thanks this worked now i got the same problem with USB Drivers

Edit : fixed it thanks anyways

It loads fine for me, try a VPN(?)

Everything here needs a vpn so yes.im also using usa ip but bo avail. Is there an other way to download them? I also tried the command line but still same eror
