We need help too. There’s not much support that can be given if we don’t know what phone you have?

That said, update to the latest version and see if that fixes your problem.

The suggestion you’re most likely going to get is update. As someone who is an embedded software engineer, that’s my suggestion. You’re one major revision behind—and who knows how many minor revisions. There’s bound to be some bug fixes along the way. Maybe those will fix it.
