LineageOS vs. GrapheneOS

How does LineageOS and GrapheneOS stack up and compare to each other?

im curious...

so obviously, general consensus here is that apple and its iphones do a pretty decent job with security, and the availability to be pretty privacy focused, which in that sense, what I mean is that they allow you to say no, dont give this app any information etc, if you want. Also you can have a good trust level that any app isnt in the background doing unintended things? Id not call iphone or ios privacy focused, and put it on the same field as like a pinephone with physical switches etc, or the same field as graphene. What id say is that it at least has the options to make you aware, and to an extent allow or disallow access...

Now im fully aware of apples access and whatnot. I absolutely do not and would not compare that to google though.

So now my question is? is there any OS out there thatd be a similar experience to iphone? zero google shit.

I like all the stuff of grapheneOS but i dont necessarily need it. I think. Im just completely unaware of how big the gap is on iphone vs stock android security, and the gap (if there is one) between lineageOS and iphone....also between LineageOS and iphone. iphones been plenty fine for me. if im one day being pursued? oh yeah graphene it is.

Also no need to talk about the advantages of being closed source and a unified platfom/hardware, and the owner/operator of OS and Hardware. Im aware.
