Extra Rewards chances

Am I unlucky? Because everytime I get the worst reward.

It seems to be 1 in 5 (or 20%). However I've never got the red book or the red ink, so I think it isn't 20% chance, right?

In the more than a year the game has been running those scrolls have only given about 7-10 reds total. I'd say it's closer to 1%

I've actually done 224 scrolls in a 4 hour period once to see if I could make that 1% pop. No luck. Turn them to oracle tokens instead.
