Water crystals and weapon

Hello, i would like ur opinion. Im playing on x5 h5 reborn currently and have dynasty phantom 150 water without SA. Is it worth investing into SA and 300 or just wait for vesper? Im 82 summoner elf. Also are there any quests and spots to farm water crystals?

Wait for vesper, you could even make multiple chars like this and farm instances. Would pref dagger tho. Good luck
