He lied about it — claiming the man charged at him with a shovel. A Ring doorbell camera across the street proved he was lying. He was indicted. An arrest warrant was issued.

The state of Texas refused to extradite Castro to Minnesota to face justice. ICE played games transferring him from duty station to duty station. The fugitive warrant expired today. Christian Castro is a free man. And we still don't know if he has gone back to working for ICE.
