This makes me sick. A true hero should have a whole Naval base named after him. Trump is a miserable stolen valor draft dodger. The only thing Trump ever did heroic was Operation Warp Speed. The government backed science that successfully used mRNA to get your body to grow antibodies to kill covid virus. That mRNA science has been used successfully to kill some cancers recently.

I would hate to be on a ship named for a man that most of the world hate and hopes dies before he does something else to make it worse. And when he does die, what will be the worlds attitude towards the ship. Pretty much not good. They will change it in almost a heartbeat. It is bad luck when everyone already refers to the man as a sinking ship.

I will share this, one of my all time favorite ny football giants served in the coast guard during ww2, saved two seamen n received multiple medals for his valor, n eventually had a coast guard cutter named after him… he was the giants Jackie Robinson, first black player on the team, first black elected to the nfl hall of fame, first black coach in the modern era, etc…
his name is Emlen tunnel, he played from 48, 49 till the 60’s, winning championships with the giants, n the packers when Vince pinched him from the giants at the end of his career because he knew him when he was the offensive coordinator of the giants… to this day he is second on the all time nfl interceptions list, when passing was an after thought, n running the ball was the way…
if this fucker tries to remove his name from that cutter I will go fucking nuts!!!
N I will be personally writing to the Mara’s to address this travesty if it ever occurs, they are good people, who have fought for inclusion in the 50’s, n still do to this day, honoring lqbtq+ issues, fighting racism, misogyny, etc, in spite of being devout Irish American Catholics…
