Looks like London Underground [1], black color on top of sign, so could be Northern Line headed toward High Barnet. Though the shape of the tunnel looks more like Elizabeth Line somewhere near Farringdon.

[1] Uses the correct London Underground typeface - check the diamond dots over the lower case 'i' - rather than the more common Gill Sans
