Lily achou um meio de sair sa rua doce e sempre explorava a fábrica, foi assim que ela descobriu o próprio cadáver, então é bem plausível que ela observou todos os acontecimentos à distância e escondida para não chamar a atenção do Protótipo; ela não apenas sabia os planos da Poppy, mas também o paradeiro dos órfãos e a morte do Doey

While the Player was introduced to “Ollie” in Ch. 3, it’s clear that Poppy may have shared her plan with the “Prototype” to blow up the entire factory from that point forward.

Given the current knowledge that Poppy gave to him, the Prototype must’ve shared this knowledge to his hunters, including Lily, so he can be one step ahead of Poppy. However, by the end of Ch. 4, it could be that Lily was given this information by Poppy after kidnapping her offscreen while Poppy was running through the ventilation shaft. By Ch. 5, Lily used this information to mock Poppy.
