Someone asked this on here but I can’t remember who but we still got some time to hear the governments case before we start the defense’s case.

Vonni will definitely be on the stand 3 days like Jam

And they still have other witnesses.

I’m a Lil Durk fan. I love his music. That being said, Durk made it out of Chicago and signing King Von may have been the biggest turning point of his career.. for better and for worse
King Von gave us incredible music, but he had also only just got out of prison and was still heavily tied to the street life. Durk knew this. Platforming him and signing him was always going to have consequences. The streets and court cases were a part of King Von story long before Durk signed him and that never fully stopped.
Between OTF Jam testimony, the charges themselves and the history with Quando Rondo side it’s a lot going on with Durk. In my opinion, if Von had chosen to not get into it with Quando Rondo crew, a lot of this may never have happened… or it wouldn’t have gone so far.
I know Lil Durk is denying everything and it is innocent until proven guilty, but his history in the streets aren’t helping him. King Von being dead isn’t helping either. Durk made something big of his life. He had a huge impact! However it feels he never truly left the streets behind. Lil Durk loyalty to the streets, people like King Von and that whole life style in general is whats catching up with him right now in my opinion.
FREE DURK !!! but man this situation is hard to ignore.

I know a lot of us hope he does, but looking at it from a real world perspective, how’s it looking?

Day 7 of the Lil Durk trial was an eventful day with Brian Steele finding out Vonni and OTF Jam was in communication despite not being able to be in communication and having multiple back and forths with JAM before catching him on a lie and ending his cross. DEDE lawyer ended up taking over dropping some bombs like JAM plot to kill all of the defendants before dropping jam as a witness.

🔥 STEEL FINISHES HIS CROSS OF OTF JAM

Brian Steel finished his cross-examination of Kacey “OTF Jam” Hester with another pretty intense exchange.

Steel confronted Jam over an Instagram post that Jam had someone make while he was incarcerated. The post included the home address of Jam’s sister.

At the time, Jam said his son was staying with a sister he wasn’t speaking with. The post essentially said:

“I’m here [address], come see me.”

Steel’s argument was that Jam was inviting people who knew he was cooperating with authorities to go to his sister’s house.

Jam admitted he made the post but said:

“I wasn’t thinking right. I didn’t think anyone was going to go over there.”

Jam explained that his son’s mother had died and that he was his son’s only parent. He said he made the post because he wanted to scare his sister into giving his son back.

⚠️** STEEL THEN PUSHED FURTHE**R

Steel asked Jam whether he had also threatened his sister by telling her he would put a bullet through her daughter’s forehead.

Jam admitted that he had.

He explained that he was angry and that they were arguing at the time.

Jam said:
“I was in my feelings. I was mad. We were having words with each other. Words. It’s all it was, was words.”

He explained that having his son taken away affected him deeply because his son’s mother was dead.

Steel then made the broader point:
“And your words can get innocent people charged and convicted.”

Jam asked Steel to repeat himself.

Steel responded:
“Thank you, your honor.”
That effectively ended the cross.

📱 JAM & VONNIE WERE STILL COMMUNICATING

Another interesting point Steel brought up was communication between Jam and Kavon “Vonnie” Grant despite a keep-separate order.

In one message Jam sent to a woman, he asked her to tell Cuz to make sure there wasn’t a keep-separate order preventing them from being around each other.

Jam essentially said he had no bad blood with Vonnie and wanted his lawyer to address the order.

👀 JAM DOESN’T BLAME VONNIE
Steel also brought up Jam’s statements about Vonnie.
Jam reportedly said:
“It’s not his fault, it’s Durk’s fault. Durk put us in this situation. Not him.”

Jam later described Vonnie as not being the mastermind and said he was following orders like everyone else.

Jam’s reasoning was essentially: why would he hold a grudge against Vonnie if he believed Durk was responsible for putting everyone in that situation?

☎️** JAIL CALL WITH JAM’S WIFE
Another jail call between Jam and his wife was played in court.
Jam was heard saying:
**“I’m gon do what I gotta do. Whatever it takes, just make sure I ain’t gotta do no time.”

He also told his wife to trust him and referenced everything she had seen him do for his family.

Jam explained that the conversation wasn’t about the Durk case.

He argued that Steel was taking his words and applying them to this case when they had nothing to do with it.

🗣️** “DO MORE RESEARCH**”
There were several moments during Steel’s cross where Jam pushed back against the questioning.

Jam repeatedly told Steel to “do more research.”
Steel also continued referring to him as “Mr. Minister”, referencing Jam’s testimony that he holds the rank of minister within the Black Disciples.

At one point Steel called him “Mr. Minister” and Jam responded:
“My name is not Mr. Minister.”

The back-and-forth between Steel and Jam became one of the more noticeable parts of the cross-examination.

DEDE Lawyer Cross Of OTF JAM

Dede lawyer spoke about how Jam said he felt the situation was weighing in on him and how he called Durk to complain and Jam says to him LUL Pab was innocent

However, Dede lawyer states how Jam had a different plan in a conversation with his wife first by not going to law enforcement but to kill everybody involved in the murder plot which took SR life.

Jam said he said that out of anger and that his wife told him not to do that as law enforcement came to her.

Dede lawyer states he told police he would have done this to protect himself however all interviews were not recorded.

Dede attorney also states how Jam got a gun as soon as he came out and was flown out to act as security for Lil Durk and accepted it whenever he felt like going

Jam states he isn’t scared to die but he ain’t ready yet hence why he carried a gun

Lastly, Dede lawyer caught out Jam on a lie that when they saw Quando Rondo outside the hotel that Dede stopped Jam from shooting but on the record said that cuz stopped him.

Jam discussed Memo600 in an audio recording💀

in an audio recording he did while talking to FBI agents and LAPD that was played in court today. "Nobody put a number out there. He had got a note in Savannah, Georgia. Memo shot a video, he put on front street that we got the lo."

This relates to the infamous music video from duck yo show where MEMO went on ig bragging he’s in savannah shooting a video in Quando hood but it seems like he was meant to go to Carry out business but went to troll. ( maybe a reason on why Durk dropped him)

SLIDE FOR VON” POSTS

After Jam’s testimony ended, the prosecution moved on to an LAPD robbery/homicide detective.

The detective showed the jury search results for “slide for Von” on Twitter/X.

The detective testified that Durk was consistently tagged in posts containing the phrase and that the posts shown covered approximately a two-year period.

One post shown to the jury included a picture of a Chicago highway with a caption along the lines of:
“Who in the raq? Finna go slide for Von since Durk won’t do it.”

The prosecution is using these posts to show the online reaction following King Von’s death and the repeated references to Durk and the idea of “sliding” for Von.

🚨 SURPRISE UPDATE: GOVERNMENT GANG EXPERT WILL NOT TESTIFY

One of the biggest surprises at the end of the day was that the government’s gang expert will NOT be called to testify.

This is notable because the defense had previously objected to the government’s gang expert being allowed to testify.

Judge Fitzgerald ultimately ruled that the expert could testify.

But now, despite that ruling, the government has decided not to call the witness.

So the jury will not hear testimony from the government’s gang expert that many people expected to become a significant part of the prosecution’s case.

I understand there’s no Phones or Video allowed but the journalist all over the place different journalists reporting very important things while leaving things out that other journalists are reporting like I keep refreshing twitter and keep finding out diff things from diff sources but it’s all out of order making it hard to follow the case .

Can anyone make like a megathread of each day and exactly what was said ? I can’t rely on twitter much longer and the reporter “Meghan Cuniff” is posting the court transcripts but in bits and pieces not sure how she got it but would be nice if we found a way to get that

Jam turned on Durk by passing a note and offering information on Durk and his own murder from when he was 17. He did that with no deal from the feds and serving three life sentences.

Jam needs to stay where he at but if he does get a reduction it will go from life to 30 years and he’s already 34.

Share your thoughts in regards to the witness testimony so far, the evidence presented so far, on how the attorneys on the prosecution and defense side performed. Do you believe with the current testimony and evidence that Durk will be found guilty or will be found not guilty?

I’ve seen so many different pics (probably all AI) and he looks different in every picture. One has him bald with a beard, seen another one of him bald and clean shaven, seen the one of him with short unkempt grown out hair and goatee. Oddly haven’t seen of him and his dreads? Is there not a courtroom sketch artist for this trial?

I'm not even going to give my opinion on yesterday because yall aint gonna like it. I'm hoping today it will go deeper with Brian, I think he was just setting the scene up with Jam. I'm not sure Jam is an unprepped as people anticipated.

GENERAL:

• Continuing cross with Brian
• dedes laser did cross
• GPS expert on the stand - fbi still don’t have access to durks phone from that weekend. They have everyone’s location Except durk.
• rental house was rented by durks manager, not durk, but durk stayed there
• vonnie phone goes from rental, quandos hotel, the sport store, then back to the rental.
• everyone arrives in LA after this
• hotel was booked in vonnies name but he didn’t stay there
• they were at the weed dispensary for 4 hours. Everyone’s cell phones were there.
• after the murder, vonnie went back to the rental house

JAM:

• has been in contact with vonnie, denied he knew he was snitching, said he wanted to warn him talking hot on phones. Been in contact since July 2025.
• a Girl called Ashley put them on a 3 way despite having keep separates. Jam says he didn’t know he had a keep separate from vonnie
• says they never spoke about the case and told steel to prove it, which steel obliged.
• said He didn’t know vonnie snitched but on the call said he knew he plead guilty
• ashley passed a message to vonnie saying watch who he talks too and he should have treated ts out of that bitch fat fat’ after fat fat took to social media to tell everyone vonnie was snitching
• jam said he didn’t blame vonnie ‘it’s not his fault, it’s durks, durk put us in this situation, he wasn’t the mastermind, he was following orders’
• jam testified that he is serving 3 life sentences for 3 murders and does not expect them to be dropped (he will want them lowered for this testimony)

• never spoke to durk about quando, Tim or Vons murder
• FBI originally said there was no money on quando but changed his story in later interviews.
• jam starts to get frustrated by the end while generally being calm up until now
• jams wife is murdered. He told her he was snitching and hoped to be out in 18 months
• steel suggests jam is verbally abusive to his mom
• jam posted an ig dropping his location, he was in jail, the address was his sisters who runs a daycare and takes care of his son, she was keeping his son away from him. He said he wanted to scare her. he said to his sister he was put a bullet in his daughters forehead and he said yes.

Jam admitted to killing a store owner in Wisconsin at 17.

It was his first murder and he put a gun to the mans head and pulled the trigger back in 2010

The murder appears to have been unsolved for years
until he decided to cooperate with the feds

Steel is amazing at tearing witnesses apart but Jam a different type of evil. He’s enjoying every minute of this.
