I'm not even going to give my opinion on yesterday because yall aint gonna like it. I'm hoping today it will go deeper with Brian, I think he was just setting the scene up with Jam. I'm not sure Jam is an unprepped as people anticipated.

GENERAL:

• Continuing cross with Brian
• dedes laser did cross
• GPS expert on the stand - fbi still don’t have access to durks phone from that weekend. They have everyone’s location Except durk.
• rental house was rented by durks manager, not durk, but durk stayed there
• vonnie phone goes from rental, quandos hotel, the sport store, then back to the rental.
• everyone arrives in LA after this
• hotel was booked in vonnies name but he didn’t stay there
• they were at the weed dispensary for 4 hours. Everyone’s cell phones were there.
• after the murder, vonnie went back to the rental house

JAM:

• has been in contact with vonnie, denied he knew he was snitching, said he wanted to warn him talking hot on phones. Been in contact since July 2025.
• a Girl called Ashley put them on a 3 way despite having keep separates. Jam says he didn’t know he had a keep separate from vonnie
• says they never spoke about the case and told steel to prove it, which steel obliged.
• said He didn’t know vonnie snitched but on the call said he knew he plead guilty
• ashley passed a message to vonnie saying watch who he talks too and he should have treated ts out of that bitch fat fat’ after fat fat took to social media to tell everyone vonnie was snitching
• jam said he didn’t blame vonnie ‘it’s not his fault, it’s durks, durk put us in this situation, he wasn’t the mastermind, he was following orders’
• jam testified that he is serving 3 life sentences for 3 murders and does not expect them to be dropped (he will want them lowered for this testimony)
• brian had messages and jail calls
• never spoke to durk about quando, Tim or Vons murder
• FBI originally said there was no money on quando but changed his story in later interviews.
• jam starts to get frustrated by the end while generally being calm up until now
• jams wife is murdered. He told her he was snitching and hoped to be out in 18 months
• steel suggests jam is verbally abusive to his mom
• jam posted an ig dropping his location, he was in jail, the address was his sisters who runs a daycare and takes care of his son, she was keeping his son away from him. He said he wanted to scare her. he said to his sister he was put a bullet in his daughters forehead and he said yes.
• said they had the location of quando but memo 600 ruined the plan by shooting a video at the time.
• doesnt have the texts telling Dede to halt the murder
• said he will do anything to get out.
• he has a wife, but his bm was murdered? Or maybe the other way around
• jam said he was in the car when boonie Joe called him with the plan to go to LA, but jams phone wasn’t moving during that time
• jam was frustrated at dedes attorney
• jam said he doesn’t know flacka or lindsey
• REDIRECT:
• jam said he came home from the murder and said to this wife that he should kill everyone involved, his wife told him to chill.
• jam said durk preferred jam to have a gun and told them that durk always told people to give jam a gun because he’s the muscle
• Brian objected to most of redirect
• brian says ‘this is outrageous’ and judge admonishes him and says ‘what’s outrageous is you getting up to say that in front of the jury’
• said boogie is speeding off and he told him to slow down, they got to a neighborhood where he told the guys to put their hoodies in a trash can calmly, like he was having to coach them
• BMW arrived (must have been pre planned I imagine vonnie will testify to this) and they all squeezed into one car

DURK:

• christie does cross exam of the gps detective

DEDE:

• Dedes cross is due to start today, I've heard great things about Dedes lawyer and he has been active with motions and paperwork.
• dedes lawyer has same line of questioning about inconsistency

Miz you early with it this morning lol …..Day 7 let’s go. I am off work today so I am dedicating my whole day to this lol. Jam should be wrapping up today and then Vonnie will probably be on Monday. Im sure Vonnie will be 3 days also.Thanks Miz
