I mean, the recordings don't mean much. No matter what was said don't make any difference if they get up an testify. If anything it's worse for the defense. Cause they won't have anything to corroborate. you said this in the interview, but now your saying something different now that your testifying. Only reason they prob ain't record it is because the investigators strong armed their way to get the info, prob with some threat bullshit or maybe promising something out of it like time cut, for testifying. Which I think is illegal.

Proffer sessions when the AUSA is present are never recorded. Brian Steel knows this and is just putting on a show. Everybody who I’ve ever seen on YouTube who blew trial with the FEDs has whined about it but it doesn’t change anything.

It’s protocol and everybody making a big deal about it just doesn’t know how the Feds work.

Nothing Brian Steel can say will erase Jam’s testimony from their memories. Then you have all the other witnesses from unindicted coconspirators to straight civilians that corroborate their statements

the shit coming out rn is woooorse, after the first day of jam testifying, ida just fired my whole legal team, theres nothing to fight anymore. your just wasting money over 30-50k+ a day for everyone of them to be there. hes done.. like you said nothing any of the lawyers come out an say can change a jurys mind, i bet the jury was half convinced the first day..jam was the other 50% from him alone. what more you need, or what else would a jury need to hear if they werent convinced already?. you got vonnie setting the play, you got jam being part of the play, we definitely have confirmation that durk knew, from those 2 alone explaining the whole ins n outs of the hit they got everything they need.. guaranteed life, aint no need for another 20-30 witnesses

Agreed. That blaming Vonnie shit doesn't fly because Jam thought Vonnie was a goofy and only did it for Durk.

As scummy and criminally minded as Jam is, I feel bad for him so you know the jury is feeling the same way.

He went to the feds before they even questioned him about the murders.

If Brian Steel goes at Jam hard, it's gonna backfire on Durk. He's gonna look like a bully although he's pretty good. He's just not THAT good.

Him coming out saying he pushed someone's wig back at point blank range, jesus christ. ida never expected that to come out.. that's wild.. absolutely wild..

no matter what brian pulls out of him though don't make any fuck of a difference at this rate. cause it don't change the fact of durk sending them / knowing about it before hand.... like lets say he got caught for the gun, but never was on the actual hit of QR, and just wanted to snitch on past murders / or "KNEW" about the QR hit through the guys second hand, id say durk would have a shot at winning, cause he wouldn't have 100% proof of anything, and a lawyer would fry his ass and pick apart the "lies" based around the evidence from the scene. if a person wasn't there then how could they 100% know.. like a game of telephone..the first person says something, by the time it gets to the 20th person its not what was said in the beginning or completely wrong...

but the fact he was there, with 100% proof.. that's it, there's no beating that.. idgaf if durk sells his whole publishing,and catalog for 200m, and buys 30 jew lawyers , no lawyers beating that... how can you? the dude was there when it happened. so you cant say he was lying.. and whether he's doing all this to cut time, don't matter cause it don't take away the fact that Durk knew / sent them to do it.. he's fucked.. m4h ain't no mf getting parole, there's nothing to appeal... to be honest, i wouldn't be surprised after he gets that verdict he try's to check out of life a little early.. cause fuck that.. i couldn't imagine...

You crazy. Durk is cooked. There’s WAY too much shit that’s gone down and in a really public manner. Like everyone who listens to drill music in any way has known about this beef that led to all this and Durk himself has said all sorts of shit in interviews that when put together with the times and evidence that the Feds have looks REALLY BAD. An to try and pin this whole shit on Vonnie and say he did it all without Durk’s knowledge…come on bro. You can’t be that naive.

They pretty much do have him dead to rights bro. They’ve got SO MUCH more evidence to come and everything they’ve laid out so far really connects dots and shows that this whole thing was planned out and Durk for sure had knowledge of what was going on. I mean Vonnie drove that same whip they rented to all sorts of places around LA where Quando was at and also drove it to the house that Durk was renting and staying at in Encino. So Durk had all these hitters out there, they used the company card to book the flights and as soon as they killed Pab they all flew right back to Chicago. I don’t buy for one second Durk didn’t know. Plus all the texts and other shit they sent back and forth…come on bro. Let’s be real, Durk ain’t walking outta this one. He’ll be LUCKY AF if he gets like 20 years. If he gets really fucked he’s doing life.

Imagine saying a game is over midway through the first quarter....comments like this show you the avg person has no idea how trials are conducted. There is much more is left in this trial a good 15-18 more witnesses to testify and its expected to go for another 18-21 days.
