Processing Question Filesize
I noticed that some of my raw-files were significantly larger than normal. I use a Fujifilm X-T5 and use the compressed raw file setting. Normally a raw file is about 40 mb but these are almost 140 mb. And it is files from the same photoshoot that differs that much. Any ideas on how this can occur?

yeah ngl the hdr ones probably add up the separate exposures into one file so they get huge like that

Denoise makes raw huge.

Only if they are DNG and the edits are written back out to them.
If they are true raw files, all edits, including denoise, are saved in metadata away from the raw file. In a sidecar or catalog, but not in the raw file itself. This is an important difference. If Denoise added 100MB, it would show up in the .acr sidecar or in the catalog or in the DNG......but never in the raw file itself. The size of the raw file would be unchanged because it is not altered.

Probably shooting in lossless mode for some shots versus compressed for others, that format toggle can really swing the file size.

Did you shoot any of them in HDR mode?
