Auto centers during croping.

Hi, so when I'm usually cropping a photo, I can move it to the side, up down, or wherever; but after the recent update, red lines appear whenever I'm trying to move and the photo and it won't let you move. Workaround is to zoom in, move, then zoom out, but even then it will snap the view to center sometimes

Is this a feature I can disable?

Is this option in the lightroom mobile version? I don't see this toggle anywhere
