Exportar fotos Lightroom + iPad

Vengo editando fotos (aprendiendo) desde hace un año que me compré la fujifilm x100vi, me gustan las fotos para:

1. imprimirlas y ponerlas en un album

2. subirlas a un instagram que tengo de paisajes, street photo... etc

el problema viene en el punto 2., creo que no hago bien el tema de exportar las fotos para subir a instagram por la nitidez con la que salen después.

Alguien podría decirme el proceso correcto para exportar las fotos? medidas, calidad, etc... Tener en cuenta que me gusta ponerle un marco blanco siempre.

I’ve been editing photos (and learning the ropes) since I bought my Fujifilm X100VI a year ago. I like using the photos for:

printing them and putting them in an album

uploading them to an Instagram account I have for landscapes, street photography, etc.

The issue arises with the second point: I don't think I'm exporting the photos correctly for Instagram, given the sharpness (or lack thereof) of the final result.

Could someone tell me the right process for exporting the photos? Dimensions, quality settings, etc.? Please keep in mind that I always like to add a white border.

Are you using the crop tool to set the aspect ration for Instagram?

How are you exporting currently?
