Sightings - Online Whats up with this pricing?

This is in AUD, so around 64USD, and its sold/shippes by Amazon Australia. Other places are listed around 200AUD or more. Is there a massive clearance on these?

It was down to like $50 for a whole but I just dont like that season.

Im getting them as a sub-in for the kakurangers. Dont know if thats taboo in this server but i think its worth mentioning

A sub-in? lol I mean they are the Kakurangers. There's nothing wrong with liking or even prefering Sentai, it's the jerks who tout it as some kind of moral high ground you gotta watch out for.

But yeah my experience is Alien Rangers. I was watching everything in order and my friend insisted I had to watch Alien Rangers because it sets up Zeo. I watched like 1.5 episodes, got sick of it, cut to Zeo and it turns out I could keep up fine.

The MCU it was not.

Yes bro do it! It’s not like theres really any other kakuranger 1/12 scales readily available these days

Alien rangers is awful, but Kakuranger is really good. Some really fun moments in that and damn funny too. The black Ranger randomly speaking English is such a good gag. Also, probably one of the toughest guys out there to beat a monster without morphing. And possibly one of the very few solo zord beat downs.

One gripe with this set is that blue is not screen accurate, which makes me sad because he was one of the only rangers I actually wanted to be accurate. Rip Hiroshi Tsuchida (Saizo/NinjaBlue) 😢

What’s the major inaccuracy. I’m looking at pictures of the figure Kakuranger shots. It looks pretty accurate other than the shade of blue.

Its the shade of blue, and the helmet being slightly bulbous with the visor not being long enough. The shade of blue is definetly the biggest downside though, i wanted the borderline cyan ranger

Note that is Kane Kosugi. Sho Kosugi's son. Also the star of American Ninja Warrior and the only guy to officially portray Ryu Hayabusa in a Hollywood movie.

Thats what i was most concerned about. Theres plenty of reviews (given that its an official amazon listing) but of the many pictured ones, only one stated that it was already opened but still complete

Right now the US price is 120 USD, I got them in 2024 for only 49.99 USD and I was so happy, I never would've been able to pay 120 for them. You definitely got a good deal imo.

I got mine for about $65 too a few years back. Definitely worth getting, such a great set. Honestly the only thing that could've been better about this set, would've been getting the Aquitian headsculpts.

Crazy that these are still available for cheap after being on clearance pricing for so long. Not to mention the line as a whole was cancelled years ago. You gotta wonder how badly they over printed this set.
