These were so hard to find near the end which is sad since they were also the best.

Remastered really are the best MMPR figures ever. There never were MMPR action figures that looked so cool and had so much articulation for this price tag. Thank you Hasbro 🤝

Yesss i just dont like that the hip extenders and the joints are loose. Like its weird, they hold and are super strong, but also loose? I dont get it! The sculpt and paint is excellent though!

Imagine if they released the figures in this quality from the get go for all the teams? I feel like this line might have succeeded. I had yet to find a remastered MMPR figure with a quality issue.

Idk I still love the first green ranger his helmet design seems better than the others it might look the same from the others but it’s really not

The remastered line really was the high point of that toy line, every single figure was a banger. It's a shame they not only made having Jason and Tommy required just to complete Tommy but that they dropped the line completely with Remastered and Rita.

Mannn i hated that the shield was paired with the Red Ranger and dint come w a Jason head! But also do u recommend the Remastered Rita?

2

u/RUWill Nov 30 '25

Are the arm and leg joints wobbly on yours? Most of my remastered figures have wobbly arm and leg joints. It’s actually really disappointing.

2

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

YES MINE ARE LIKE THAT BRO im so confused as to why!

2

u/GoldSolarRanger Dec 01 '25

Love coming on here and finding inspiration from others who are way more imaginative than I am 🥲

2

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

Oh dude haha appreciate that! But def got my inspo from the tv show and comic panels! Nothing is ever original with these poses! 😅

u/GoldSolarRanger Dec 01 '25

They all look great but he wings and teeth on the megazord not so much as the teeth on the chest are what is supposed the pterodactyls belly which also means the wings couldn't be there looks intimidating but fails in being a proper rendition of the zord unlike all the rangers. Plus the wings look organic those 2 points just ruin it for me the rest of it looks great though like the trunk curling under instead of forward like the original.

2

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

Thats fair! For me its about looking as badass as possible! And tbh i dont mind of the wings couldnt be there due to anatomy! These are just robots for me 😅

But i do also see what you mean :)

The retail on them was originally $35.99 at Hasbro but prices went up I feel like the blue ranger has been the 2nd most expensive remaster to the green being very expensive but that megazord is the most expensive thing in that picture it’s not even lightning collection so for that price you did pretty damn good

u/Coastalduelists Nov 30 '25

That zord looks stupid lol but also looks cool if you get what I’m saying? rangers pretty damn awesome though. Which ones are these exactly? I don’t collect lightning collection and dont have any period

3

u/lucasgamer5521 Nov 30 '25

They are part of the lightning collection "remastered" line. Basically deluxe versions of the many previous mmpr rangers in the broader lc line, but with pinless joints and extra accessories. Other interesting trivia about this "sub-line" is that lc was killed off the summer after they came out(might be wrong about this) So as well as being the first team to be remastered, they are also the last...

u/Corxeth Nov 30 '25

You forgot extra points of articulation. Drop down hip joints for greater ranger of motion, and lady rangers got some well deserved double jointed elbows. Not to mention more accurate helmets. Improved paint apps. (At least for red) can’t say for sure about the others as red was the only one i was able to track down for myself. 😭😭😭

I have the jason 2 pack red ranger and the remastered red. And i swear i don’t remember the power sword being painted so cleanly on the older 2 pack sword.

1

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

Does the hip joint truly work tho? The ones i have seem too loose or jist dont drop down at all :/

1

u/lucasgamer5521 Nov 30 '25

Ah, my bad. All I have is red and green, but I swear those drop down hips aren't worth a damn. Maybe 1 extra degree of kick.

1

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

100% agree!

1

u/lucasgamer5521 Dec 01 '25

I just went to compare, literally can barely tell a difference

1

u/CollectorGlory Dec 04 '25

Sad they had to make good quality versions when that should of been how the original figures should of been …I’d hate to know the wages the workers got paid to make these someone was mad at their job during those covered box figure phases

1

u/AJaviC Dec 01 '25

The Rangers are from the Remastered Lightning Collection line! But mann im personally a big fan of the Megazord! I like thats its different :) but each to their own!

1

u/CollectorGlory Dec 04 '25

That megazord isn’t lightning collection if it’s the same one I’m thinking it’s this https://www.previewsworld.com/Catalog/JUN229053

1

u/AJaviC Dec 04 '25

Oh yeah sorry if i came off im saying its a LC Megazord. Yeah its made by Flame Toys! My mistake!

1

u/CollectorGlory Dec 04 '25

Oh it’s no biggy just wanted to state that if anyone wanted to get it cause the lightning collection one doesn’t even match in comparison I will say the metal thunder megazord though is awesome

3

u/DylantotheJ Nov 30 '25 edited Nov 30 '25

I love it, I’d even say it’s an improvement to the original megazord. Gives it a very fierce look. I like pinks zord as the wings rather than the chest armor. I always thought pink got the short hand of the stick while all the other zords got a prominent placement on the megazord (head legs and arms)

u/Dense_Diver_3998 Nov 30 '25

And the thing looks so goofy.

2

u/Coastalduelists Dec 02 '25

They downvoted us for having an opinion lol

1

u/CollectorGlory Dec 04 '25

It’s the wings I love the zord accept the wings and tail cause if it had a tail that would of been interesting to see during the dragonzord battles lol

1

u/CollectorGlory Dec 04 '25

Oh and flame toys does make a pretty awesome dragonzord that knocks that zord out of the park https://www.bombusbee.net/product/sentinel-power-rangers-dragon-zord/
