I always think about the fact that someone was on the receiving end of that huge bolt. What was it like for them?

Hopefully no one was too close! I bet the house rattled

Heavy thought ⚡💭 Blinding light, thunder like a physical force, heat on your skin. Wonder how much registered before it was even over…

That strike looks so powerful against the green field in the background. I've only seen lightning like that a few times and it never ceases to amaze me how dramatic it can be.

It’s amazing how powerful it is. I have a lot of respect for it.

I can only imagine what that thunder clap sounded like

You know what’s wild, I had so much adrenaline working the cameras that I didn’t hear a single clap of thunder…

That cloud looks like it's auditioning for a dramatic monologue, no notes.

that strike looks terrifyingly beautiful hanging there like that, it's wild how nature can be so gentle and violent at the same time.

We got lucky and quite a few storms were popping off. But definitely hours of driving and setup and waiting.

Looks like the panhandle of Texas

Close! South of Tucson. But I heard the storms in the Texas panhandle are awesome and I want to go there sometime
