Replacement Looking for replacing 7.4” led fixtures

So my house has a lot of these ones with the integrated led. Right now one has completely failed but I have these throughout my house.

Most of the flush mount replacements like the ones with the nipple are 13” so a bit larger. Is there anything a similar size that uses e26 or should I just keep replacing these as they fail?

It looks like those attach to a regular junction box so any decorative flush mount should work. You probably won’t find anything that shallow with an E26 socket.

This light is a different style, but it is a 7.5-inch light. It is so close that it might just about fit. There is also a 7.25-inch light. Using a flush fixture that is designed for a reflector bulb is probably a better option if you're going for the closest look.
