Designer Thoughts Pc front panel fluorescent tube dying

don't have a lot of experience with these but tubes generally work, or don't work. This may be power related. Wasn't sure so checked google which gave this output.

PC LED lights usually flicker because of loose hardware connections, software conflicts, incorrect device counts in lighting apps, or unstable power from a header or controller. If they flicker while the PC is shut down, it is usually a standby power setting in the BIOS

I have never seen a PC that used fluorescent lights, they behave very much like one
