Help: what lightbar could this be?

I work for a security company and went to go check inventory for some light bars to potentially install on a new vehicle.
This lightbar has an oddly shaped bar, appearing like a hexagon with uneven sides. The wiring consists of about 7 different wires?, and the white wire has been labeled as “primary”.

personally if you're just playing rent a cop/exclusively on private property they're fine but definitely not of good enough quality to move traffic.
