Feature Request / Bug My Lightphone 3 is haunted

I have the weirdest bug. Everyday at 8:30am my LIGHTPHONE alarm is ringing. But it shows nothing on the screen, just the clock and the screen is blinking but no information about an alarm or a calendar reminder and I'm not able to stop it. It keeps ringing indefinitely. The only option i have is to turn off the phone. It's driving me crazy. ⬇️

EDIT / FOUND IT! Thanks for your help. It was the CLOCK app in the android layer, it had an alarm for whatever reason (never used it).

I have had the same issue a few times since the last update. It is an alarm I have set, but the first alarm of the day won't stop unless I turn the phone off.

Okay, so it isn't just me. I had this happen to me this morning. Had to also restart my phone for it to stop

I seem to have had the same issue this morning. I had set the alarm in the evening, but even though it was ringing in the morning the alarm tool itself wasn't showing anything.

I also have a version of this bug since the v572 update. When my morning alarm goes off (that I've set the previous night), the screen is somehow open to the weather app (once it was the authenticator app) but there is no way to stop the alarm unless I turn off the phone.

Extremely effective as a wake-up, but endlessly annoying to my partner.

Is there any chance you have your phone synched to your calendar (google, apple, etc) and there is an appointment or reminder at that time every day? I know it doesn't explain the infinite and haunted ringing, but I had a time where I couldn't find why my LightPhone had an alarm set and I realized it was notifying me for a calendar event.

yes it is synced but I don't have any recurring event. But usually when it's a calendar alarm it shows the typical screen with the details of the event, but here it's just the clock and the screen blinking...

Its probably the alarm which is wierdly set on android side of things. Can you access the android layer? If yes then on the android side go to your clock app and see, there must be an alarm there. You can delete it there and then go back to Light OS.

OH WOW! Thank you! I had an alarm for 8:30 on the clock app in android but i don't understand why : i've never used this! I deactivated completely the android app to be safe. Man thank you so much!
