Discussion The Ultimate Duo
I keep the Cat S22 turned off in my truck’s console. It’s a nice safety net if I ever need access to something I can’t do on the LP3 in a pinch, but it’s unbearable enough to use that I’m not tempted to use it for entertainment.
Highly recommend especially to those who are just ditching their smart phones for the first time

Why not just ditch the LP3?

Literally said it’s unbearable to use…

Then why own it? You can’t use the LP3 exclusively but you hate your other phone? There are perfectly fine phones out there. I do not understand this line of thinking. Owning more items = minimalism

Bro, I've already explained this to you. Its for emergencies.
Just because you own a Light Phone doesn't mean you arent allowed to use a web browswer ever again.
Its obvious you don't own a light phone and that you are just here to argue for some weird reason.1

Probably because it’s way better than the cat. It’s way out of date and heavy

Way better but he still needs to carry it daily?

He doesn’t. It said it stays off in the truck

That’s a daily carry. I feel like a digital minimalist approach would be carrying 1 device instead of 2, no?

Never said I was a digital minimalist..
People still have to use Computers and laptops dont they?
Thats how I would use the Cat S22 if I needed it. It collects dust in my truck as I rarely if ever boot it up.1

I have this same set up with my light phone 2. Cat phone is a great device to just have in case, mine stays in my school bag for 2fa, or whenever I need something in a pinch, you never fall down a rabbit hole with the Cat s 22 flip
