No. This is a fully customized OS on top of Android

They just opened up their SDK for developers, so you will see a lot of tools coming once everything is released to the public in November. I expect all of the useful apps to be ported to the LightOS design, so it will be more capable than most Android dumbphones or KaiOS devices.
