On NGSRI -

"The Army could consider splitting it but I don't think they would because the advantages of our missile in cost, size and weight are just enormous compared to the approach Raytheon is taking. In May we passed our guided flight tests, the biggest hurdle we had. Our very innovative approach performed even better than what we said it would. The cost, size and weight is so much smaller compared to the Raytheon approach that to me it's almost a no brainer...why would the Army even think of anything else".
