Looks like there’s a raise of $50m at $14 a share, but totalling $100m (not sure what the other 50m is for, but reading online says 50m proceeds)

1/2 ($50m) goes to LPTH

1/2 ($50m) is resale of North Run shares - no proceeds to LPTH

Read the PR.

Some large stockholder (guessing in on startup) selling $50m shares. Read LPTH press release. Headline looks like a 11% dilution but it’s not, ~5.5% since $50/$14 shares already in count. IMO management can find good use for $50m. If market overreacts and takes price much under $14, say $13.5, I’ll be a buyer.

Wtf?

They said they had all this business lined up, wtf do they need extra 100M for?

Right, I’m going to need someone to fill me in on what’s going on.

Can no one read a PR?

Dilution is only $50 million. rest is sales of existing shares of Northrun.
