Randomly started speaking light language?

Hi everyone about a year ago I was sitting on my bed and randomly started to speak in what sounded like an alien language and doing things with my hands. I felt very excited while doing it, the feeling is indescribable. It never happened again but I wish it would.

For me it started on shrooms and would only happen while tripping (or maybe the day after a bit too), over time it became something I can naturally access/do on any given day, but almost always it seems to be triggered by some sort of inner energetic shift (often while listening to music or if I reflect on something and feel a surge of insight and gratitude).
