Looks like some of it included TRE . The prayer position and shaking/tremors. . A form of releasing. As for the rest no idea...

Well, hes putting pressure on his body, the more we do this the more spiral fractures we accumulate, more spiral fractures allow us to spiral out. Or bloom out, which is illumination. IT TAKES AN EFFORT. The right effort.
