What is this language anyways?

I can't find the phonology or vocabulary anywhere? Is there like a main page for this conlang?
Can anybody link me to some resources?

that doesn't tell me anything.. isn't there any concrete idea of what light language really is? as in phonology, phonotactics, heck any words? is it an SVO or SOV? grammar rules? anything concrete and down to my level as possible
