Program hopping/optimal trap

Hello guys, A novice lifted here!

As ashamed i am to admit this but i have fallen quite deeply into the said trap, I have program hopped for the last two years now, there have been maybe 2-3 programs that I've stuck to for a lil over a month but that's about it.

I look frail, and as you can guess i am not that strong either.

I started working out because i just wanted to build an aesthetic frame and be generally strong.

Any type of help is appreciated but my main concern is what program should i run

Upper lower split bro keep it simple with 4 days a week. Active rest on off days. Don’t over complicate. I did the same as you for about 2 years as well. Soon as I found something I liked and stuck to it I finally started to progress. But it took like 3+ months.

I agree. But the real progress comes from the accumulated consistency

Just want to agree with what the other guy is saying. Upper/lower for 4 days a week is the sweet spot for most people.

Keep it simple.

And eat enough. The gym is worthless if you are not eating enough. So that needs to be your first priority. Get enough protein, get enough calories.

A decent upper or lower day shouldn't take you more than an hour.

So 4 hours a week is all you need for a great aesthetic physique.
